Title: Case Manager
Program: Refugee Services
Summary: The Case Manager provides comprehensive
case management services directly to an assigned caseload of refugees and
monitors caseload to insure that services fulfill contract requirements.
Qualifications: Four-year college degree (BA or BS)
in a related area. Must have at least 3 years paid experience working with people from a
variety of cultures and ethnic backgrounds and 6-12 months recent equivalent relevant work
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to supervise
multiple migration/resettlement related activities. Ability to organize projects and provide
leadership in carrying out the project, including good time management skills. Has demonstrated
skills in writing, reading and speaking the English language fluently. Has demonstrated skills
in writing, reading and speaking, interpreting and counseling in a foreign language. Must own a
personal multi-passenger vehicle, hold a valid Georgia driver’s license, have a good driving
record and appropriate insurance. Knowledge of computer programs including Word and ability
and desire to learn new systems. Ability to type. Knowledge of immigration issues would be helpful.
